Jack is great! I was convinced I needed a new height sensor and expecting to pay $1000...Jack checked it out and only charged me $67 (1/2 an hour). I needed to adjust some knobs on the controls and wasn't aware. I felt bad and tried to offer more money for the effort and ordering the part in...he said "just come back". He even spent 15 mins with me and gave me a run through of the system, now it rides beautifully! Totally honest, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just moved to the area and purchased an older Toyota 4runner recently, hence the search for finding that forever mechanic commenced. As a young female that is incredibly intimidated by mechanics due to past experiences, the search has been difficult. Then came in Jack and Valerie.

I called Valerie and spoke to her about a leak I was encountering but also to establish a mechanic relationship for my recently purchased used vehicle. Right away, I could tell that I found my place just based off the conversation with Valerie. She was able to squeeze me in with Jack to make sure that the leak wasn't going to aggravate any future damage to the vehicle. A great sign was that they are booked out which just shows that they have a fantastic customer base and one that returns often.

Once I arrived and met Jack, all the previous anxiety I had with other mechanics diminished. My gut feeling was spot on, I found my place. I felt that my dream car was in great hands and I knew that honest feedback would always ensue. After he took a look at my car, he brought me out to show me the work he did, what he found, suggestions, and asked if I had any questions. What mechanic does that? It alleviated so many fears and I can't wait to establish a permanent mechanic. Plus it's a family owned business!

I can't wait to refer Jack and Valerie to everyone I know in the area that are searching for that honest, well priced (you know Marin), incredibly experienced, & has your back kind of mechanic. Look at the other reviews, there is a reason he is highly rated but also read the comments, it's all true. They gave me hope that these type of mechanics still exist! Jack fixes what's wrong and doesn't charge a huge amount just because it's Marin - he understands not all of us are trillionaires. And so far the work has been done when he promises. Call Jack first.

I had been taking my Honda to Jack for years and just started bringing my Prius to him. As always the service was perfect, priced really well and ready when promised. I don't know why I waited to have him service my car. You can't go wrong with Jack.

Great guys and great service. One small matter though -- which wasn't their fault, these things happen -- was that the delivery service for the parts for my brakes ran way behind schedule, so there was a bit of a wait.

I took my Toyota Highlander in to have it checked out since it had been making noise that was getting worse everyday. I took it in for Jack to check out the noise and he let me know that my muffler had been bent and gave me a very reasonable solution.

After a few minutes I remembered that I had been rear ended over a year ago and that the person that rear ended me would have to pay for it.

I explained that to Jack and he told me to call my insurance agent and they would open up a new case. Who does that these days? Jack has so much integrity and he was honest. I would recommend going here to have your car repaired.

Jack was very helpful and gave me all of my different options for fixing my car! I also want to note that I came a few minutes late to my appointment and he didn't give me any problems and was very willing to help! He also slashed the price in half for what ai was originally going to pay. I will definitely be coming back if I need servicing for my car and I highly recommend this place.

Visited Neuhaus Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection on a previously owned import. Very polite, answered all my questions and concerns, and reasonably priced. They saved me hundreds of dollars off the asking price of the car. Amazing service.
